Refund policy

At Nuvanos, we prioritize safety, hygiene, and product integrity. Since our products are edible consumables, we follow a strict no-return policy except in specific cases mentioned below.

🚫 No Return / No Refund

Due to the nature of gummies and ingestible products:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds once the product is delivered
  • We do not accept returns for taste preference, personal dislike, or change of mind

✅ Eligible Cases (Replacement / Refund)

We only process requests in case of Defective Delivery, including:

  • Damaged product
  • Missing product
  • Empty box delivered
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Used/tampered product delivered
  • Expired product delivered

⏱️ Request Window

  • Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery via contacting us.
  • Requests beyond this period will not be accepted

📦 Proof Required (Mandatory)

To process any request, you must provide:

  • Unboxing video clearly showing the issue
  • Images of the product, outer packaging, and invoice

👉 Claims without proper proof will not be considered

📦 Conditions for Approval

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All items, including freebies or combo products, must be returned together
  • Packaging should be intact (labels, seals, barcode)

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

Refund or replacement will not be processed if:

  • Product has been opened or used
  • Packaging is missing or damaged by the customer
  • Request is raised after 5 days
  • Barcode/label is tampered
  • No valid proof is provided

🔁 Replacement / Refund Process

  • Once your request is verified, we will:
    • Replace the product, or
    • Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible)
  • Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after approval
  • Amount is credited to the original payment method

🚚 Shipping (Quick Info)

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours
  • Delivery typically takes 4–5 working days (may vary)

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
